Moving is good for you and we should all move more. Biologically we were meant to move too.
Bean a long time since high school science but if memory is correct, when a woman is pregnant the baby is supposed to move and mother to be should feel kicks by a certain point, and then a bit later the baby should move from a head up position to a head down position (all natural processes) and when he/she is born healthily movement is expected and even constant. Sorry if I’ve gotten any of that wrong but I hope you get the point … we are meant to be moving!!! It doesn’t matter what kind of job you have or even your personality, moving is great for keeping healthy, longevity and even safety. Let’s not kid ourselves that it’s only for a particular athletic type of person or that it’s not for you. If you don’t move then it will be a problem. Even if you have physical challenges, it’s important to try to move or have someone move you. One of the reasons I created this portal where events, and activities and menus can be listed, is so that people can be in the know of what is happening around them and move accordingly. You may decide to attend a fair this Saturday, a restaurant next week and fly somewhere else and enjoy a concert there.
